Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love how you sleep. Every PillowHaven order is backed by our 30-Day Comfort Guarantee. If your pillow isn't giving you your best night's sleep, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How it works

  • You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
  • Email us at support@trypillowhaven.com with your order number and we'll send simple return instructions.
  • Items should be in clean, reusable condition. We understand you need to actually sleep on it to know — light, normal use is completely fine.
  • Once we receive your return, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover it.

Damaged or wrong items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trypillowhaven.com with a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return required.

Exchanges Want a different color? Reach out and we'll help you swap it.

Late or missing refunds If you haven't received a refund after the processing window, first check with your bank or card provider, as posting times vary. If you've done this and still haven't received it, contact us at support@trypillowhaven.com.
